My room was warm with fridge and microwave. Central heating, a safe and TV were provided. Unbeatable and peaceful location, the staff were more than helpful. The staff was accommodating, just as I expected.

No 24 hour staff. Very loud one night and somebody had to call the cops. If there was staff, perhaps it would have been handled differently.

I was happy with my choice of the suite, it was cozy and practical, the location is spot-on, the staff are fantastic, and it's close to a high school only 2 miles away.

I lost power for 5 days due to a storm and this was the closest hotel I could find with power. I am generally a very high end traveler staying at the Ritz Carleton and w hotels but his was an emergency. Although 60 minutes from my home it was very reasonably priced, has no real amenities which is reflected in the price and overall was clean. I needed power, hot water a shower and tv and this did it for a very reasonable price. Other hotels nearby were double or triple the price but all I wanted were the basics.
For the price I have no complaints. Nice to have would have been some minimal type of breakfast option like rolls and fruit.

Convenient location.....easy drive to downtown and restaurants. The guy at the desk was really helpful.
Continental breakfast might be a nice touch, although there are several restaurants nearby.

Convenient amenities in the room including central heating, a safe, and a TV - nice touch! The hotel is situated in a great location that's easy to get to, nestled in a peaceful area. Plus, it's super close to a mall, restaurants 🍴, and even a river for a relaxing stroll.

Booked the hotel for one night only as a stop over. Was basic hotel and you get what you can expect for the price. We had a recently renovated room.

It is located immediately of the interstate, and has low rates which makes it good one-night stop over when traveling long distances.
All front staff seemed unfriendly and that they disliked working there. That probably means that they paid poorly, management is bad, and/or customers are rude.
